Our products are made to order just for you. If you need to cancel or amend your order, use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order anytime before it goes into production. Once in production, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you complete your checkout, we cannot cancel or refund them. Please ensure you are certain before finalizing your donation or tip.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

To keep your NTTPClothing items in great condition, wash them inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print. These steps will help maintain the quality and appearance of your clothing.
International orders may incur import taxes, duties, and other customs charges, which vary by country. We cannot calculate these in advance. For details on your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for any such fees imposed on your package.
