Shipping Policy

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (if available).

During high-demand periods (drops, sales), processing times may be slightly longer — we keep it moving, but delays can happen.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the courier, it’s out of our hands.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details — we can’t fix it once it’s dispatched.

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

NTTP Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address details.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to your address.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [e.g. 7 days] with proof so we can sort it.
