By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are legally capable of entering a binding contract under UK law.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders won’t be affected.

Full payment is required at checkout. We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store your payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors in pricing or product information.

Orders are processed within the stated timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the item is exempt (e.g. worn items, customised products, or hygiene-sensitive goods).

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

If your item is faulty or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
